The game is set in a nearly similar simulation of Steelport, the fictional city. The setting of Saints Row The Third, though single story missions have new, custom-designed stages.

Saints Row: Gat out of Hell is a standalone DLC for saints row 4. Saints Row: Gat out of Hell is developed by Deep Silver Volition, High Voltage Software and published by Deep Silver. It was released in 22 Jan, 2015. Some days ago we wrote about Saints Row: Undercover, the cancelled PSP game revealed by Volition during one of their weekly Twitch Streams. Today you will be able to play the prototype yourself: the lovely people at Volition created a playable ISO for the Undercover prototype and shared it with us to be preserved and archived. Addon – How to run Saints Row on your PSP Since this is a preview-built, not meant to be running on a normal PSP, we have to do some tweaking to make this work. First you will need the free ISO tool UMDGen and delete the EBOOT.BIN file in the PSP_GAME/SYSDIR/ -folder since this isn’t a valid system file for normal PSPs.
Saints Row Undercover, a cancelled PSP game, was recently revealed to the public for the very first time. Now, people can play it for themselves, thanks to the series' developer, Volition.
Volition released a playable ISO of Undercover to Unseen 64 which will preserve and archive the cancelled Saints Row prototype. You can download it from the links on Unseen's website, but you'll need a PSP emulator to run it on PC. Some testers are reporting it to not work on modded PSP hardware.
Volition hosted a live stream today that showcased the prototype, showing off the game's customization options, gameplay, and bugs. You can check out an archive of Volition's live stream right here.
This isn't the only Saints Row game that hasn't seen the light of day. Saints Row: Money Shot was a game that had players shooting and then manipulating a bullet around obstacles to kill a specific target.
